Jewelry Care:

All of Gwen’s jewelry is handcrafted. Some simple care habits will keep your jewelry safe and in good shape.

Jewelry should be the last on and the first off. Hairsprays and perfumes can damage jewelry. Pulling shirts over your head can inadvertently pull your jewelry.
Store your jewelry in some sort of container or the bag that came with your purchase. This will help retard tarnishing.
You can clean sterling silver with a polishing cloth. Cleaning solutions can damage semi-precious beads and silk cord.
Lay pieces flat. Hanging necklaces can stretch cord.

Returns:

Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted within 14 days of your purchase in their original condition and packaging. Please e-mail the reason for return, receipt number, name, email address, and phone number before mailing return. Refunds cannot be given for items lost in the mail, so please insure your package for your protection. Sorry, shipping costs are not refundable. Custom orders are not returnable. Merchandise that has been worn or damaged cannot be accepted.

Repairs:

Jewelry will be repaired one time free of charge within the first six months of purchase. Items that have been damaged due to neglect will gladly be repaired with the appropriate repair service fee. Please email with any problems, and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping:

All merchandise is shipped via USPS insured mail. All items are handmade so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Rush orders available upon request. Shipping rates include insurance\
